Hello friends, Victoria here checking in with you as we enter a new year. Thank you for supporting my small, woman owned business.! We are so grateful that you trust us with your pup's care.

As a thank you, we are hosting our annual free new year's Customer Appreciation Yappy Hour with appetizers and drinks to celebrate on Sunday, January 22 from 3pm-5pm. As we enter the new year, it's a great idea to refresh yourself on our important policies which you can view in a short form list here. These are always available for you to review and are posted on our website at


Running a dog business is a huge logistics feat daily! Every year we learn new ways to streamline and improve the operations within our business in order to provide the best care to all of our furry friends. Here are a few important policy changes to help our daily operations run more smoothly allowing us to provide the best care for our clients in 2023:

  • COMMUNICATIONS: All correspondence (calls/texts) must go to the staff line at 773-663-1562. Please save and utilize that phone number for reservations, questions about your dog, or any concerns. It is a direct line to our staff on site caring for your dogs. The number listed on our website/door are for new client calls/inquiries - please delete that number from your contacts (delete 773-661-9336)

  • HOTEL DROPOFFS: All dogs must be dropped off for hotel stays by or before 6pm. We have noticed that dogs who are dropped off when we close tend to exhibit higher discomfort/separation anxiety and their comfort is of utmost importance to us. We recommend dropping your dog off for hotel stays earlier in the day where possible so they have time to adjust before we near the evening feedings and bedtime routines. Dropoffs after 6pm are only for emergencies, will incur the late dropoff fee, and must be arranged with our staff in advance at 773-663-1562.

  • REQUESTING DAYCARE PACKAGE CHANGES: Package change requests must be done in writing via email to (please do not call or text regarding a change in your existing daycare package.) It must be in writing only and must be 7+ days prior to your billing date. Thank you for helping us keep track of your package changes in our email inbox.

  • FEEDBACK/COMPLAINTS/ISSUES: Should you have any feedback, billing errors, or other complaints, please put them in writing and email to our human happiness manager Jacqueline at so they may follow up with you. Thank you for helping us keep track of any issues that need attention by sending them to our email inbox.

  • SENDING FOOD: Food can only be sent in a labeled ziploc baggie portioned out 1 bag per meal. Please review our food packing guidelines here.

  • SENDING MEDICINE: Medicine must be sent in a labeled pillbox or container. Please review our medicine guidelines here. Medicine administration incurs a fee per med given.


Every year we slightly increase the price of our daycare visits as well as some of our service offerings to cover our commercial lease's rent increase, staff pay raises, and other supply costs for the business to operate and provide quality care. Here are our package rates for 2023:

8 Pack $375/Month ($47 per visit)

12 Pack $525/Month ($43.75 per visit)

16 Pack $675/Month ($42 per visit)

Unlimited 1 Dog $775/Month + 1 Free Bath Per Month & 10% Off Hotel Stays

Unlimited 2 Dogs $1450/Month + 1 Free Bath Per Dog Per Month & 15% off All Hotel Stays
