POLICY UPDATES 2025
PHONE NUMBERS: We are consolidating all communications to one phone line and the 773-663-1562 number will no longer be active to respond to calls or texts as of Dec 20, 2024. Please delete that number. Please save and use 773-661-9336 only.
WEEKEND PICKUP/DROPOFFS: We are available for dropoff from 10am-7pm on weekends.
PICKUP/DROPOFFS: As we will be opening the doggie cafe with our new Sit Social Iggys, there will be hours where the front space is utilized for clients enjoying the experience of playtime with our Italian Greyhound Pack. If an Iggy Experience is in progress in the cafe portion (previously the lobby/barkery) our staff will need to meet you at the front gate for pickup/dropoff to ensure safe entry/exit. We appreciate your patience and depending on how this goes we may opt to modify pickup/dropoff times in the future.

DAYCARE PACKAGE CHANGE REQUESTS & COMMUNICATIONS: A friendly reminder that requests for daycare package changes must be put in writing 7+ days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges and so we do not have to process refunds. Please email us at humans@sitsocial.com. Please do not verbally ask staff to change packages in passing as this information may get lost in the bustle of the work day - please email us so we have record in writing and can follow up to ensure you are not charged/your package is changed. Thank you!
ADD ON SERVICES: Don't forget we offer a variety of wonderful add ons for your pup to enjoy during their daycare and boarding with us such as walks to ease anxiety, treats to spoil them, and more - these can be selected at the time of booking from the drop down menus to enhance their time with us.
