We are available for Dog Daycare and Hotel year round! If we are ever full for Daycare, we can always add you to a waitlist! As of today we do have a few spots available for regular package daycare clients. We are always accepting new Hotel guests!

Getting setup with services is a simple process:

• Register online to create a client and pet profile by clicking here

• Select your dog’s interview date (a paid half day of doggy daycare) and submit your requested date, along with their updated vaccines & fecal test through the customer portal.

• Drop your dog off for their doggy daycare interview (consists of a 4 hour behavioral evaluation).

• Once your dog is approved at pickup, we can setup a package or approve the Hotel request!

Monday-Friday: 7am-10am & 5pm-7pm

Saturday-Sunday: 8am-10am & 5pm-7pm

• During the day, all boarding dogs will make fur-ever friends and enjoy supervised play, enrichment activities, and plenty of mental stimulation in our clean, modern indoor/outdoor space.

• All Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner feedings are provided free of cost 7am-7pm.​

• The Calm Room is available during the day for any senior pups or calmer pups who prefer a relaxing day.

• All pups are offered outdoor potty breaks and access to our exclusive back yard.

• Pupdates are sent out daily. Pupdate: A photo or video update to let you know how your dog is enjoying their time.

• Cozy overnight accommodations with a variety of beds, friends to snuggle up with, fuzzy beds, & ambient sleep music.

Absolutely! Sit Social's Dog Hotel offers three thoughtfully designed boarding options to suit your dog's personality and needs. Rest assured, no matter which option you choose, a human team member is on site 24/7 to ensure your dog's comfort, safety, and care. Please note, all on-site boarding options are only available for dogs 30lbs and under and rates are charged per 24 hours.

Our most popular boarding option is our Premium Hotel Open Loft boarding where your pup can sleep in our spacious upstairs loft where the space is warm, open, and intentionally designed to mimic real home life - minimizing stress while promoting comfort and wellness.

No matter your boarding option, create a resort-style experience for your pup by adding one of our many Luxury Add On Services: from private enrichment activities and homemade treats, to one-on-one pampering in our Dog Spa, every pup deserves a little luxury along with their playtime!

Dog Hotel prices range depending on which boarding type you select and which Luxury Add On Services you choose for your pup! Add on services range from extra feedings, medication administration, Luxury Spa Appointments (grooming), one-on-one enrichment activities, treat times, and more!

Please be aware of the following additional costs that may be incurred during your stay:

Peak Rate Days

A 6.5% service charge is added to every transaction to cover our team's health insurance and benefits.

Please review all policies and our hotel prep guidance to avoid any miscommunications or additional fees.

Please follow our strict Hotel Prep Guidelines and ensure you have individually portioned and labeled all meals and medicines. We only require you to bring your dog's food, leash, and collar/harness. For winter weather please also bring a coat/sweater, if needed. Please portion out all feeding in labeled bags per feeding. All medications must be properly stored in a pill container and labelled as shown. A $50 convenience fee will be imposed on any reservation without food & medication properly labelled and pre-portioned.

We provide blankets, beds, toys, food bowls, and more! Please leave your pets' personal belongings at home, as we do not have the ability to store them onsite.

As a standard, all dogs onsite for daycare or boarding must have proof of the following vaccinations and medical records uploaded to their pet profile:

Vaccinations Required:

• Rabies

• Distemper

• Bordetella

• Leptospirosis

• Canine Influenza

Fecal Test

• Dogs must have a recent clean fecal test completed up to week prior to their first visit with us indicating no intestinal parasites and specifically testing for giardia. You must request giardia specifically on the fecal panel.

• All other dogs must have their fecal test updated every 6 months.

• For your convenience, we partner with a trusted veterinary provider to offer in-house fecal testing. Learn more here.

Other

• Dogs should be free from Internal and External Parasites or anything contagious (ie warts, giardia, pink eye, mange, etc)

• Dogs must be spayed/neutered after 1 year of age.

For the safety of all dogs we require that all dogs on site for daycare and/or boarding are neutered by one year of age.

Yes we are happy to administer medications to your dog. There is a small fee per administration since it takes additional time for staff to provide this service.

In order to ensure your medicines are properly administered, you must print a very clear set of instructions and tape it to the front and inside of your dog's medicine container. Meds must be portioned out in a pill container box and labeled with dates of stay to ensure proper administration - you must also send your pet with medication administration tools such as cheese, peanut butter, pill pockets, or other means to get your pet to take their medicine.

Medicines that do not fit in a pill container box must be sent in their own separate container with clearly labeled instructions printed and taped to the container along with any necessary means to administer the medication (ie syringes, cheese, pill pockets etc).

Your dog should only board if they are free from parasites or contagious diseases. Make sure to follow up with your vet directly to ensure they are healthy before bringing them to a shared space with other dogs. Ideally, your dog should be illness and disease free for at least a few days to a week before boarding or coming to daycare.

We understand that some dogs prefer humans only. Depending on Team Member availability, we may be able to provide a Pet Sitter for one of two pet sitting options so your pup feels most secure.

In Client Home Pet Sit

Perfect for pups who prefer a staycation in the comfort of their own home! Our caring pet sitters follow your pup's routine - feeding, medication, and bathroom breaks - so nothing is missed. When night falls, the pet sitter stays overnight for a private slumber party, giving your furry friend companionship, comfort, and plenty of cuddles! It's like a mini vacation for your pup, with all the love, attention, and luxury of a five-star stay - without leaving home!

In Team Member Home Pet Sit

Why settle for a hotel when your pup can have their very own luxury, snuggle-filled Airbnb-style retreat? In our In-Team Member Home Pet Sit, your furry VIP gets one-on-one cuddles, cozy comfort, and all the love they could ever dream of - just like a private slumber paw-ty every night at their pet sitters home! Meals, medication, and potty breaks follow their familiar routine, while overnight our team member keeps them safe, happy, and utterly pampered. It's a boutique vacation for your pup, where sweet dreams, belly rubs, and wagging tails are included in every stay.

Some dogs are more comfortable with boarding than others, and it’s completely normal for pups to feel nervous or experience separation anxiety during their first stay. For this reason, we highly recommend that any dog interested in boarding first join a daycare package (even temporarily) or complete a few short “test stays” with us before any extended boarding reservations. This helps your pup mentally by learning the routine—being dropped off, having fun with friends, and knowing that mom/dad always comes back!

For nervous pups, we also offer high-end Luxury Add-On Services designed to help create a positive association with their new home-away-from-home more quickly. These services include activities such as Adventure Walks or One-on-One Playtime for personalized bonding with our caring team members and Enrichment Times such as Snuffle Mats and Wobble Kongs that turn healthy (and delicious) treats into a fun, rewarding game. We also offer special solo treat times featuring a curated selection of homemade or farm-to-paw, high-quality treats such as Pig Ears, homemade Pupcakes or even Doggy Cocktails - all designed for the pup who just deserves some pampering and a taste of luxury with their stay!

Dog boarding is the same as “pet sitting” - it’s just a term used when your dog stays overnight at a space away from your home. The dictionary definition in this case describes boarding as:

To provide (a person or animal) with regular meals and somewhere to live in return for payment.

At our space, boarding (pet sitting) includes feeding, potty breaks, overnight care, and playtime during the day with daycare friends! We create an environment that mimics home life while also having the added benefits of play time with other dog friends to burn energy and get ready for a good night's rest!
